A journey into the heart of imagination, Yoga Adventures for Little Explorers introduces children to the asanas in a fun and playful way. Whether we are standing tall like a tree, jumping around like a gorilla, or stretching up like a cobra, this little book brings us on a journey through the meditation, breathwork and flow of a family yoga class. Written and illustrated by two children’s yoga teachers, the whimsical style of art and text sets parents up for a fun, family practice that will leave us humming a jungle tune, all the way home from the studio.
